Highlights
Sophistication and opulence resides here thanks to hotel entrepreneur, Ian Schrager.
Ideally located in the core of London in Fitzrovia, on the edge of vibrant Soho.
Service is impeccable. They run a tight ship, especially at the front desk.
Every single person working at the hotel was exceptionally professional, warmhearted, and passionate.
The Punch Room is one of their stunning and winning features. Have you heard of this concept?
Lowlights
There is no spa but there is a great gym.
The sink was semi clogged and the shower wasn't turning off properly after each use.
Again, no spa but with this kind of unparalleled service, they will point you in the right direction or bring the spa to you!
The Room
The stark contrast between luxury yacht cabin interior and the minimalist design bathroom appealed to me. It was very cozy and inviting, breathing new life into the ever-changing definition of luxury. I was impressed with how artfully ruffled the tan faux-fur throw was on the bed. That night I had the best sleep I had in months!

The welcome guest amenity of cookies (decorated as the queen with pearls) and tea was quintessentially English and charming. These amenities are curated depending on the time of day.

The bathroom was bright, huge, and very white. I can appreciate this level of minimalism. What do you think?

And you know you're in a cool hotel if they have their own newspaper. I was especially pleased to see the beloved Marlon Brando making a small feature in it.

But wait! There's more!
Wonderful surprise - welcome guest amenity
Because I booked through Virtuoso (myself), I received a free upgrade to a city deluxe room. The rooms are the same in decor with varying sizes. This is modern luxury at its finest with a dollop of edgy.
